Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Although we sincerely hope you love your purchase, we understand that things don't always go as planned. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dreamers. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less any shipping and handling charges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging and tags still attached. We will not accept returns on items that have been damaged, altered, or used. We do not accept returns or exchanges for Original pieces.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@dreamersartcollective.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return arrives safely.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

*If you’re returning due to a manufacturing flaw, please attach images of the flaw in your email. Once we’ve examined your request, we’ll send you a replacement. Please return your current item to us in its original packaging, and we’ll cover the shipping costs.

Exchange Policy

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with an exchange.

Within 30 days of receiving your item, please email info@dreamersartcollective.com if you want to request an exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges for Original pieces.

In your email, specify the item you want to exchange for and your current item in order to execute your exchange.

We will simply exchange the two if the value of the new item is equal to or less than the value of the original item. If the new item is more valuable than your current one, you will be required to pay the price difference.
